Centum Real Estate (Centum RE) has received funding from the IFC to help increase speed of construction of the 26 Mzizi court apartments being undertaken at Two Rivers

IFC has provided up to a US$20mn loan in a move which is expected to generate jobs, increase home ownership and facilitate the development of 1,940 housing units at the development project north of Nairobi.

The first phase of the project is fully sold out and is currently on the 14th floor of construction out of 18. Phase 2 sales have now been commenced by Centum RE who will use the money (and the loan from IFC) to complete the project.

Two Rivers is a prime mixed use urban node located within Kenya’s Diplomatic Blue Zone and will integrate various zones spanning retail, hospitality & entertainment, offices, commercial, residential and a special economic zone.

The residential development, Mzizi Court Apartments, will capitalise on the synergy and accommodation demand generated by the TRIFIC SEZ workforce effectively providing much needed housing near the offices.

The Mzizi homes will feature high quality finishes and enjoy amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, back-up generator, gym, and beautifully manicured gardens among others.
